This time we invited an active French Chef Mr.Nicolas Moreau. We requested him to teach us Frech dish which we can cook at home without a big challenge!! This cooking lesson was very popular and we couldn't take all applicants due to limited capacity.
Menu : Gaspacho ( cold vegetables soup), Fish poele with French souce, Apple and Caramel cakes
Overall, cooking itself was not so complicated so we felt that we can try at home! |
